Once an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation. HAP reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

We accept approved payment methods available on our website. Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation where applicable.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services. HAP is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
